The Level 3 Design

I settled on a 140% upscale of the Excel Plus. This means that the body diameter increases from four inches to five and one half inches. It also means the motor tube is seventy-five millimeters in diameter. The challenge is to design a rocket which is sufficiently heavy that it does not fly out of the standing 12,000 foot AGL waiver at Whitakers.

Using RockSim version 6, I produced the design below.
